House on a Hill (Smart's Place) has won a 2026 RIBA National Award. One of 32 projects selected from 126 regional awards, the project can now be considered for the Stirling Prize, "the building that has made the greatest contribution to the evolution of architecture in the past year". The shortlist will be announced on 16th July. Read the jury citation here.
